It’s Time For Jesus’ Birthday!: Keep It Classy With Lady Gaga This Birthday Season – “Christmas Tree”

“My Christmas tree is delicious,” sings Lady Gaga, and damn does she makes it sound tasty. Now, while this download-only single was actually released way back in December of 2008, it’s getting more plays this Christmas season. This catchy tune features producer/musician Space Cowboy, and has that techno-pop electronic feel of all Gaga songs. But I do have to give her credit here: the lyrics are creative, fun, and I don’t think anyone else has ever made a holiday celebrating God’s birthday so lustful before. But that’s a good thing! Give this song a listen, and trust me, pretty soon you’ll want to just grab your significant other and find the closest bunch of mistletoe hanging around and hope she/he follows Lady Gaga’s rules of what to do under mistletoe, instead of the traditional God-loving family-friendly smooch.

“Christmas Tree” is a great modern day yuletide carol and should be enjoyed by all – but will be enjoyed the most if you can find a *Christmas tree* of your own this holiday season. What better way to celebrate Jesus’ two-thousand and tenth birthday.
